If you are considering the return of an NZ Manufacturing resistance training tool and/or accessory, please review our Return/Exchange Policies. Then simply complete the online Return Request Form below or contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-800-886-6621. Direct sales orders, (product returns for reasons other than being damaged by delivery or shipped incorrectly) should be sent back within 90 days of purchase, in the original packaging, with the NZ Manufacturing issued Return Authorization Number (RA#). For resellers, the return window on unused inventory is 30 days from the orignal invoice date.
