EU VAT
All orders shipped to the EU are subject to VAT.The exemption of small consignments of a value up €22 has been removed. Starting July 1, 2021, for orders under €150 the customer will be charged VAT by the carrier at delivery. For orders above €150, the customer will pay VAT upon delivery.
Payment Terms
Prepayment required for initial order unless credit approved prior to order placement. Net 30 days for distributors pending proper credit approval.

Returns/Exchanges
Product damaged by delivery or shipped incorrectly can be sent back via a Call Tag, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-886-6621. Direct sales orders, (product returns for reasons other than being damaged by delivery or shipped incorrectly) should be sent back within 90 days of purchase, in the original packaging, with the NZ Manufacturing issued Return Authorization Number (RA#). Click here for our Return Request form or contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-800-886-6621. A 25% Restocking fee applies to non-defective products. Items returned without an issued RA# will be refused. For resellers, the return window on unused inventory is 30 days from the original invoice date.
Shipping & Handling
All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground Service or USPS from Tallmadge, OH unless otherwise specified by customer at time of order.
Warranty
NZ Manufacturing warrants products free from material defects and workmanship for 90 days from purchase date, under intended usage.
