The Modular Sprint Belt is a two-person resistance system that enhances abductor and adductor strengthening during acceleration, agility and speed drills. Similar to the TurfCordz Modular Speed Belt, the Modular Sprint Belt aids athletes in developing the maximum leg drive and acceleration required in a variety of sports, from speed skating to baseball and tennis. By adding its effective resistance to short sprints, lateral shuffles and explosive forward and backward movements, athletes build powerful legs, hips and core muscles.

Each TurfCordz Modular Sprint Belt product features an 8-ft long modular heavy rubber tube with safety cord, mounting loop, adjustable ankle strap and two 2-in (5 cm) adjustable Velcro® closure waist belts.
