The S11875QCkit is an enhancement of the original Quick Connect and allows for different drill sets for in-water resistance training with the use of three different length safety cord tubes (4’, 10’, and 20’). Each length of tubing serves a particular purpose and with the Quick Connection attachments, it is easy to move from one station to the next. (see tab below for size info.) -
